So, make sure you enjoy the daylight as much as you can and keep away from things that emit blue light at night before sleep.

The more people tend to focus on the screens; it is less likely that you will blink. This leads to dry eyes, so make sure you blink it away. Another possible solution is purchasing special filters for blue light that minimizes the inflow of this light to your eyes. Additionally, blue light could lead to premature aging of the skin, so make sure you opt for advanced skin protection with a reliable sunscreen.
